The Ceará Information Technology Company (ETICE), a public company, with legal personality under private law, of Indirect Administration, was created by Law 13,006, of March 24, 2000, modified by Laws No. 13,875, of February 7, 2007, in accordance with item I, of art.80, No. 14,335, of April 20, 2009 and No. 16,710 of December 21, 2018, linked to the Secretariat of Planning and Management, has headquarters in Fortaleza and jurisdiction throughout the territory of the State of Ceará.
Military Police of the State of São Paulo
The primary function of the Military Police of the State of São Paulo (PMESP) is to provide overt policing and maintain public order in São Paulo. For organizational purposes, it is an auxiliary and reserve force of the Brazilian Army, like its sister forces, and is part of the Brazilian Public Security and Social Defense System, and is subordinate to the Government of the State of São Paulo through the State Secretariat of Public Security (SSP).

Founded on May 23, 1999, the company operated for 9 years in the advertising and communications sectors. In September 2008, the company had the opportunity to participate in the Public Consultation opened by the Ministry of Communications for the execution of television retransmission services. In partnership with the broadcaster RedeTV!, the company was declared the winner of the contest on May 8, 2009, with the results being published in the Official Gazette of the Union on May 13, 2009. RedeTV! Tocantins has retransmitters in the cities of Palmas and Araguaína in the state of Tocantins.

Officially launched in March 2018, the entity aims to foster the ecosystem of online content production and distribution, whether via download, video-on-demand or streaming. The goal is to include representatives of platforms, content producers, startups, manufacturers of Smart TVs, Set-top Boxes and internet operators. Its main priorities deal with the following topics: 1- Regulation and Quotas for VoD Production; 2- Double Taxation of VoD and Condecine; 3- Content Piracy; 4- Network Neutrality and 5- Debureaucratization and Auditing in the Audiovisual Sector Fund (FSA). GoLedger is the affiliate that deals with the blockchain issue in the association, providing consultancy and assistance in publications and participation in events.
